Heuristic Traps operates from the United Kingdom and supplies apparel and related goods through our online store. All communication regarding orders should be directed to: support@heuristictraps.com

• Orders are placed via our website and confirmed by email.
• An order is only considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example due to suspected fraud or stock errors.

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store card details.
• If pricing errors occur, we reserve the right to contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order. 

• We currently ship within the UK only.
• Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
• Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
