Refund Policy

At Heuristic Traps, we stand behind the quality of every piece we release. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you have the right to request a return under the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Returns that show signs of wear or misuse may be rejected or partially refunded.

2. How to Start a Return

• Log in to your account and submit a return request from your order history.
• Once approved, you will receive instructions and a prepaid return label.
• Items must be dispatched within 7 days of return approval. 

3. Return Shipping

• We cover the cost of return shipping within the UK.
• If the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us before sending it back so we can resolve it quickly. 

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Accessories or headwear that have been removed from their packaging or worn
• Items returned without tags or original packaging

6. Exchanges

Want a different size or product instead?

• Request a return via your account
• Once refunded, you may place a new order for the item you want instead (This keeps processing clean and fast for both sides) 

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@heuristictraps.com with your order number and clear photos.
We will resolve this as a priority.
